Ketones at least once a day…reduce carbs to minimal to none daily and reducing sugar intake to minimal amounts does work great. I went from A1c of 7.4 to 6.2 and my Triglycerides went from 248 to 138 [in 3 months]! ...All my blood work results are all in the normal range!! Following Arlene's plan works great for diabetics like me.
