Keto Challenge – Join our Monthly Challenges!
Every month a group of us challenge ourselves to cleanup our plates, improve our sleep and move our bodies for 21 days. We focus on clean eating, lowering our carb and sugar intake and focus on getting our bodies into metabolic ketosis. Whether you want to start keto or just need a monthly re-set, this is a great way to do it while having the support and accountability with a group of people, plus daily tips and access to coaches.

Exogenous ketones are ketones made outside the body. Endogenous ketones are ketones your liver makes when you are in nutritional ketosis. Exogenous ketones have amplified my and my husband's Keto results and keeps us on track when work and life gets a little crazy (as it often does!). Better sleep, better focus, better appetite suppression and better bounce-back when our diets slip.

I'm constantly talking to people about how to get started on the keto diet. It's important to get a baseline of your daily energy needs to see what you need to do. Although creating a calorie deficit is something you NEED to do, I always advocate it not being the first thing. Focus on cleaning up your plate and what you put in your body first and the rest will fall into place.
