Exogenous Ketones Exogenous ketones are ketones made outside the body. Endogenous ketones are ketones your liver makes when you are in nutritional ketosis. Exogenous ketones have amplified my and my husband's Keto results and keeps us on track when work and life gets a little crazy (as it often does!). Better sleep, better focus, better appetite suppression and better bounce-back when our diets slip. Watch this quick video to learn more. |

Helpful Links & PDFs I'm constantly talking to people about how to get started on the keto diet. It's important to get a baseline of your daily energy needs to see what you need to do. Although creating a calorie deficit is something you NEED to do, I always advocate it not being the first thing. Focus on cleaning up your plate and what you put in your body first and the rest will fall into place.
