Breakfast for Lunch YUM!

Why not?!? I know I do it sometimes—breakfast for lunch. Today featured Keto french toast using Sola Sweet bread, our family's all time favorite keto sandwich bread. Having bread back makes it super easy to whip up french toast or just plain old PB&Js! In the little container I have Monkfruit Maple syrup and - you know it, my keto caramel sauce!!

The kids ate EVERY LAST BIT of the lunch! woohoo! I love small mama wins. Maybe next time I'll include small spinach quiche for some veggie action.
